Our service areas include the City of Charlottesville, most parts of Albemarle County, the I-64 corridor from Charlottesville to Richmond, Richmond City and some surrounding areas.

Due to a lack of interest, we have had to discontinue our
Valley & Crozet route, but still offer drop-box service for those customers who are in the Charlottesville area on a regular basis.

Richmond direct delivery areas include the City of Richmond, the 64 corridor from Short Pump to Richmond, and parts of Mechanicsville, Glen Allen and the 295 corridor.

For Richmond customers: If you are not sure that you are in our delivery area,
e-mail us your delivery address (please include your zip code) and we will let you know.

If you would like to sign up for service, we must have the following from you *4 weeks before your due date - delivery is 2weeks prior to due date*:

1. Your name, delivery address, partner's name, baby's due date, and what amounts and size you will need (if you are not sure, just tell us your baby's weight and age or request "standard starter amounts for newborns"). AN INFORMATION FORM MAY BE DOWNLOADED HERE AND RETURNED TO US WITH YOUR SET-UP FEE.

2. Whether or not you need a starter package (yours to keep), which includes a hamper, baby balm that is safe for baby and our diapers, and Snappi clips to keep little diapers snug. Cost is $32 (a 10% discount).

3. A check for $150 made out to "Stork Diaper Service" (We do not accept credit cards). This will be applied to your account, is non-refundable after your first delivery, and will cover the starter package, set-up fee, and four weeks of service, after which there is no commitment. (If you do not want the starter package, the set-up cost is $120.)
