how to order:

In order for us to set up your service, we need the following information:

  • Your name and delivery address.
  • Your partner's name.
  • A billing name and address if it is different from yours.
  • A home and work or cell phone number.
  • Your baby's due date.
  • A check for $150 to cover your first 4 weeks of service, your starter package, and your
    set-up fee (customers who do not order the starter package should send $120).
To make things easier for you, we have a customer information form that may be downloaded here.

We will set you up for the standard starter package (hamper, snappi clips & bottom salve) and the suggested starter amounts (80 diapers & 7 rental wraps) unless you specify otherwise. Once we have received your information and deposit, we will send you the pre-birth package two (2) weeks prior to your due date. Included in the package will be an instructional DVD that will show you how to use your diapers and how our service works.

Gift certificates can be given for any amount that you choose! $22/week will cover rental of 80 diapers and 7 newborn rental wraps, our recommended starter amount.

Make sure that you include your name and who the gift is for. When we receive your check, we will mail the lucky receipient a gift certificate with your name and the amount, and we will credit their account. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and may be used towards purchase of our products as well as for diaper service.

referrals:

We'll give you a $15 credit for any referrals. We'll provide you with business cards and brochures. You put your name on the top and pass them out at your pediatrician's office and playgroups. For each new client from your referrals, you get $15. E-mail or call us if you're interested, and we'll drop of some literature in with your next delivery.
